Who We Are
Born from the strength of a breast cancer survivor, Fighting Together to Save Lives is a movement dedicated to empowering the BIPOC community through advocacy, education, and unwavering support. We work hand in hand with trusted partners to provide free or affordable mammograms and host powerful fundraising events that directly meet survivors’ basic needs. Rooted in inclusivity and compassion, our multicultural community opens its arms to all who walk this journey

Mission Statement
Our mission is to stand with Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) breast cancer survivors—providing access to mammograms, financial assistance, education, and resources that empower them to face every step of their journey with strength and hope. For more than eight years, we’ve been a lifeline for those navigating diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship.

Vision Statement
Our vision is to celebrate the lives of breast cancer survivors in our community, one survivor at a time. We STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT A HIGHER SURVIVAL RATE IS ACHIEVABLE THROUGH EARLY DETECTION, WHICH CAN LEAD TO A CURE. WE ARE COMMITTED TO PROVIDING CONTINUED EDUCATION IN OUR COMMUNITY TO HELP EVERYONE UNDERSTAND THAT A DIAGNOSIS DOES NOT ALWAYS MEAN DEATH.

My Journey

FIGHTING TOGETHER TO SAVE LIVESWE FIGHT. WE LIVE.
Who We Are
Founded by a breast cancer survivor, Fighting Together to Save Lives empowers the BIPOC community through advocacy, education, and support. We partner with organizations to provide access to affordable or free mammograms and host events that raise funds for survivors' basic needs. Our inclusive, multicultural community welcomes all.
Mission Statement
We are committed to supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) breast cancer survivors by offering access to mammograms, financial aid, and education. For over eight years, we've provided critical resources to help individuals navigate diagnosis and survivorship.
Vision Statement
Early detection saves lives. Our vision is to celebrate and support each survivor with hope, education, and community—proving that a diagnosis does not mean the end.
My Journey
At 24, I faced uterine cancer; at 39, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIB Breast Cancer. My pain became purpose when God called me to share my story and support others. From that calling, Fighting Together to Save Lives was born—becoming a vehicle of hope for those battling breast cancer.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are saving lives.

22-Year Breast Cancer Survivor
