My Journey
FIGHTING TOGETHER TO SAVE LIVESWE FIGHT. WE LIVE.
Who We Are
Founded by a breast cancer survivor, Fighting Together to Save Lives empowers the BIPOC community through advocacy, education, and support. We partner with organizations to provide access to affordable or free mammograms and host events that raise funds for survivors' basic needs. Our inclusive, multicultural community welcomes all.
Mission Statement
We are committed to supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) breast cancer survivors by offering access to mammograms, financial aid, and education. For over eight years, we've provided critical resources to help individuals navigate diagnosis and survivorship.
Vision Statement
Early detection saves lives. Our vision is to celebrate and support each survivor with hope, education, and community—proving that a diagnosis does not mean the end.
My Journey
At 24, I faced uterine cancer; at 39, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIB Breast Cancer. My pain became purpose when God called me to share my story and support others. From that calling, Fighting Together to Save Lives was born—becoming a vehicle of hope for those battling breast cancer.
Together, we are stronger. Together, we are saving lives.
